Would anyone advise against this graphics card?

I have about 28-29 cm of clearance between the back of the case and the drive bays, so I think the XFX model will fit (10.25 inches = 26cm).

But is it an option to saw a bit off the drive bays supposing it doesn't fit? I have no drives in the drive bays that are taking up the space.

I have two 5870s in a 300. It's close but they fit, no cutting required.
