PC randomly turning off with normal temps

My HTPC since shifting it into a new case has had a lot of problems with turning on and randomly turning itself off

All the fans are running at a normal speed and temperatures are normal, as things like this are usually caused by overheating I'm thinking it might be down to the motherboard as otherwise things are operating fine. Sometimes it will turn off after a couple of minutes, sometimes a few hours, but it's near impossible to get the machine to start up again when it does

Any other suggestions before I start ripping it apart to test? Will probably upgrade my other pc so will have a wide range of donor parts to see what does/doesn't work

your best bet is as you said to take it a part and test, might be something is catching the mobo and shorting out?

could be your psu causing the problem.

Press f12 at the beginning and try to get the disk diagnostic to check the HD. My PC did that to me the other day and now one of the drives has failed.

Looks like a stray riser left on from the previous motherboard was doing it, the disks weren't the issue as the system would turn itself off even before it got to a boot screen
