I can't seem to play anything in Quicktime or iTunes. The sound goes all echoey and jumpy. (technical language see ) My music plays ok in WMP and Winamp, but if I play them in iTunes they don't play properly. It quite annoying as I have some .mov files that I can't now play.

I have tried reinstalling iTunes but it still does this, what should I do and what is the problem?
