i have a deskjet 960c, which is probably about 3 years old. Recently it has started not printing straight (page is about 4mm off by the bottom). I have checked paper tray's, calibrated it and theres nothing else i can think of.

Any chance of some help, as i desperately need nice straight prints for my coursework and photos.
