    PC Shutting Down On Startup

    Hey,

I just bought some new hardware for my pc (Abit AV8, 3000+ Venice, 1Gb Ram) and after getting it going i tried some overclocking via uguru to see how the chip would do.

After 260fsb i started to play CoD to test the stabillity, i was getting random lockup and crashes so i desided to reset the cmos and start over.

I boot up and start playing cod, all of a sudden the pc (in fail safe defaults) just shuts down :S

Now, when i switch the pc on, the fans, lights etc start up hard drive goes but as soon as the keyboard lights up and the monitor comes on the pc shuts down again.

Im thinking something is maybe shorting on the case (maybe the g-card?) but im not too sure....

    Any ideas ?

    Cheers ~ Alucard
