Do u get that all the time? or just when u minimize. Also do u have a config file. If so take it out.

normally with a white texture file[ and i've found this from using mods within the GTA saga]

a Mod conflict, the game picks one command to load 1 texture for a object but finds another texture for the same object,thus gives you a blank texture

thats the way that GTA saga works

check Nvidia's latest readme fiel see if theres still soem bugs they havent Ironed out yet
