Monitor Flickering Trouble!

Hi I am getting white lines across my monitor moving up and down with the screen sometimes going a little larger then back to normal! Its a Mitsibushi 930 Diamond does anyone ps know if this is the driver or the monitor on its way? I have had this Refurbed monitor for under a 1yr as my other one went Kaput!! Many thanks

Ps is there any tests i can do to diagonose this

Is the monitor near a plug socket or next to the pc case as this can cause interferance with the monitor signal.

You was right there it went last night,got a black screen with a horizontal line

Strange tried it this morning and it is working Fine this time w/out the flickering Could it be the GPU that made it crash or is it a case of "....burning brighter before it Dies"

if its gpu, check the temps

If it went blank with a horizontal line across, it's a frame collapse. Probably caused by a dry solder joint in the monitor. This type of fault can also cause the flickering you mentioned. Does it get worse as the monitor heats up?
