    Hi victor

    Need more info

Do your CPU/System fans spin up.
Does your system emit any beeps
Does the fan on your 7600GT spin up
What monitor are you using and how is it connected to your graphics card.

    yes there are fans spinning
    can't remember any beeps!
don't know if the graphic card fan runs
the monitor is a dell e51ft,which is working with my current setup,it's connected via the VGA port.
    Thanks for your interest.

Possibly a dodgy graphics card ?

Try taking the graphics card out (may as well disconnect all your drives while your about it) and connecting the onboard graphics to your monitor. If that works you will have narrowed the problem down to your graphics card. The other possibility would be your memory/mobo but without any output to a display its difficult to diagnose unless you are getting some beeps from the mobo.

    Good luck
