I tried this command... but I still got the same message "NTLDR is corrupt. The system cannot boot."
This is my problem…
1- Boot from XP x64 CD................................ (OK)
2- New installation…......................................(OK)
3- Format c (NTFS).........................................(OK)
4- XP start copying files….............................(OK)
5- XP says "window will restart in 15 minutes"(OK)
6- After the first restart I got the bad message "NTLDR is corrupt. The system cannot boot." (very bad)
I have 1 HDD. 1 OS
Please any suggestion…
I have basically the same problem on my PC at the moment. Im trying to install XP after a complete format, but im getting 'NTLDR is missing', and anything i do seems not to be working. Ts bloody agnying, so it seems that i may have to get a new hard drive nd possibly a new copy of Windows, then wack them in a RAID 1 setup.
Finally I Install XP x64..
Do you know how??
I just change the CD !!
I know it is funny .. but I tryer 2 CDs befor..
thanks
