Dead PC? :(

Well I was just playing World of Warcrat when..

I go to log out, something crashes, then I lose all signal from DVI to the monitor..
I can hear some music still but it was a bit mashed up :s
So I reboot and now my PC wont come on at all

I get no beep like I used to when it turns on, though the dvd drive lights come on
as do all the fans etc

My ram doesn't seem to come on (it has led's on it) but they're not lighting up..

I checked for loose connections etc but can't find any..

Anyone have any ideas?

Take everything out bar essentials (CPU, Mobo, 1 stick of RAM, changing sticks if necessary, GPU and one hard drive), reset CMOS, try again.
If it fails, sway any components that you can and retry. Good luck!

I just took out the graphics card, the ram etc lights up when that's removed..

So I guess I've killed it? :'(

Nothing beeps at all but if I have the graphics card plugged in
I don't get any power to my keyboard, mouse
and the ram doesn't seem to power up

Yeah possibly but that means I have to empty my water cooling system
That's only been on for less than a week >_<
Damnit, I just spent loads on this pc.. nerf stuff breaking

Oki well, it's not the graphics card but the mobo..
When I have any graphics card plugged into the AGP slot the PC wont turn on.

Anyone know what would cause that? :s

thats a weird one. northbridge overheated lol? no idea really, as it happened in game and is deff mobo

Hmm.. could it be that my water cooler leaked on it?

I did look and saw no water marks plus it was leak tested..
That's all I can think of but meh, atleast it's not my graphics card

XFX 6800 Ultra, could it have been overclocking my GPU and CPU that killed it?

Just a bit odd that it wont boot at all if anything's plugged into the AGP slot.
I checked the slot, no broken connections and what not :\

^^ well.. it turned out to be mt GPU rather than the mobo..

Must remember when I'm asking my mate for a spare card to test with, I must sk for a working one
