I picked NVIDIA for that driver question even though I'm using AMD, been a NVIDIA user for 5 years and never had an issue about their drivers, half year user of AMD graphics and the same no issue on their drivers

Its very hard to work that out! I went based off my current experience, which is a stable AMD build. I might be wrong though!

The things I pick a card on are outright power AND lowest noise/most efficient cooling for a given class. Any chance the options for that could be tweaked a bit as cooling/noise aren't listed at all. And how much I pay for a card - difficult if you tend to buy two at a time. Should I put the price of one or the combined price? I did the latter.

When choosing features you look for, there should have been an option for drivers that work particularly well with the Mobo chipset and CPU.

I'm pretty glad that the survey didn't include nonsensical rubbish like that, frankly.
