Stupid question but will Hexus be covering this at CeBit? It would be nice to know more about it.

The ST was better at MIDI then the Amiga
(As for Elite - The C64 & BBC programmers deserved a medal trying to get that to work with just 3 registers on the 6502)

This is very true. Of course the Amiga was better at everything else
Agreed!(As for Elite - The C64 & BBC programmers deserved a medal trying to get that to work with just 3 registers on the 6502)
IMO the Amiga was still a viable option until about 2000 where you were better off selling up and buying a PC/Mac
Back in the day, it was by far the best value home computer money could buy.

Shame it was marketted by a bunch of morons.
I've posted this elsewhere but I'll post it again even though others appear to feel the same somewhat. I've never really forgiven them for beginning of the demise of the Amiga. I sorely miss those days of computing - it's just never beent eh same since. I have my 1200 in a damn great tower, with a Picasso IV and PPC 603e, and I still regret selling it all off but there was no future, at least not a happy one.
Anyone got a 1200 for sale? I bought Amiga Forever the other week but haven't got any of the old great software available. Those were some fun times back then with the 11 floory disk version of Beneath a Steel Sky.
I've got a load of old Miggy kit, 2x 1200's, one needs a keyboard but you can have all the miggy stuff I have for £100.
Ones got a 1230/28, the others a 1240/25.
Also got a monitor, external case for CD drive, ide board thing n a load of other stuff.
Ooh my Speedball! Yes! I loved that game and I was soooo bad at it too, no matter how often I played it!![]()
Cornwall. I remember when I sold my kit it cost a bundle to post but that was sending several large boxes all full of Amigas and goodies. I'd be more able to take one working 1200 with the Apollo or Blizzard you've got (if I read that correctly) and a few bits. That'd keep the postage down.
Well I'm down in cornwall later in the year![]()
Great, well that'll kill the postage then![]()
