no it hasnt - im running sp3 and iv patched the uxtheme.dll file.... do you want me to upload the tools to do it with?

I'd tried with the Neowin patcher, but hadn't got it working; yes please.

If SP3 had something I really needed, I'd install on a test machine .... maybe. But it hasn't, as far as I can see, and it's an RC so it isn't going on any of my live machines. I'll wait until a full release ..... then wait a bit longer and see what happens on release.

I think I'll wait a bit for feedback on this too. All my machines are running tickety boo and I've not had to faff about with them for a while so don't fancy it now.

Thanks for reminding me of the uxtheme.dll file I'd forgotten about that on this machine even though the results are staring me in the face!

Isn't it sad that we simply don't trust MS to produce SP3 without some foul up or degradation?
