Not sure I get what the excitment is about here really. I mean, we already have powerful mobile devices - my HP iPAQ will play video and surf the net well.
Sure it's underpowered compared to a desktop PC but I don't want a pocket device with firewire, USB, eSATA, Wired LAN, Keyboard and Mouse support, PCI and PCIe slots etc etc as it'd be far too big. However it does already run a cut down operating system just fine!
Don't get me wrong I'm all for progression and if that's what this is then great but I really can't see it being a massive leap. Maybe I'm wrong and someone will now tell me that it'll be able to render real time 3D sat nav.
