Have to say I'm pretty impressed, it's fast as heck and I really like the cleaner interface... top stuff!

The T&C's mention use of a service, using a browser isn't using a service, it's using a tool. It looks like something I'd expect to see in a YouTube or Flickr etc T&C's, not for a browser.

Re: First looks - Google Chrome: how does it stack up to the competition?

Love little disclaimer it gives when you've gone incognito

Going incognito doesn't affect the behaviour of other people, servers or software. Be wary of:

Websites that collect or share information about you
Internet service providers or employers that track the pages that you visit
Malicious software that tracks your keystrokes in exchange for free smileys
    Surveillance by secret agents
    People standing behind you
edit: it would also be helpful if they added the little scroll feature when you press your mouse wheel which lets your scroll up and down just by moving the cursor up and down the page

If you read the T&Cs, early on, it defines what it means by "services" and it specifically includes software.

Unless they change that EULA, I can't see how the T&Cs can be construed to not include their browser.

I haven't tried it yet, but it is supposed to be extremely fast when using the web interface for SqueezeCenter (the server app for SqueezeBoxes from SlimDevices/Logitech). The default skin is a very heavy user of JavaScript for roll overs and menus, the new JavaScript virtual machine in chrome makes a huge difference with it.

I want a right click and New Tab option. Don't want to keep whizzing up to the + all the time.

Does anyone else find it doesn't show pages properly? This page, and the rest of the forum is fine but if I click on any of the news items on the right it doesn't format the page properly.

It would have been interesting as its built on the Safari rendering engine.
