    HAHA

    Really ... my uncle phoned them them up once as he had BB with O2, all that was wrong was a driver issue with his WIFI (on his laptop) and they they told him he would need to format and install windows again ...

    and who then had to fix it once he fomatted, yeah thats right ... me!

    see shockingly, o2's customer service on their broadband for me was excellent, best ISP support i have EVER had, 24/7 call centers in England, managed to speak to knowledgeable people who actually gave a crap about my problem. Shame my copper line is so bad i had to move to cable in the end... Thanks BT
