    Always used to be 10 years, don't know if they are/were transferable or not.

    No they are not transferable, BFG was the ONLY company that I've ever heard of who have allowed warranties to be transfered.

    EVGA do however allow you to fit aftermarket coolers or water blocks and are open about it, as long as you've not physically damaged the card when fitting it, or had coolent leak over them, and you refit the original cooler back on them before claming.
    They also treat overclocking the same AFAIK, as long as you return it to factory settings and havn't damaged it or physically changed it (ie volt mod), you're fine.

    Although EVGA have started doing shorter warranty cards over in the US which are cheaper.
