and b) surely that just depends on how you calculate TDPWasn't there a big thing a few years back about AMD and Intel TDPs where they used completely different methods to calculate them so they were utterly unreliable?
True, the 95w intel chips some are 95 others more like 80. either way something with a tdp of 250w should not be using 300 watts
