CM Storm Inferno for me
G700s as a warranty replacement for my G700 witch was had memory and button defects. But before that i had an MX-Revolution that still works fine after more than 4 years. For an FPS gamer i think that's pretty good.
Logitech MX1000 for me too. It will be 10 years old this year! Still works perfectly (after I cleaned about 8 years of gunk out of it ) Charger still works and I get more than two days out of a charge, never had to buy a battery for it.
Until manufacturers make a mouse with the side buttons in the right place I'll keep it. If it dies I'll go to a G700.

RAT 9 for me, MS Sidewinder before that.
Corsair Raptor M40. I ordered an M30 but got an M40 for the same price. Looks a little daft, but very nice to use.
Logitech MX 500, The original gaming mouse.
Works perfectly on any surface - which is better than most laser mice can do - very comfortable, has 7 buttons + wheel.
Had to replace the cable just recently.
Gawd only knows how old it is, bought it in a Dixon's store that closed in 2001 so it's at least 13 years old and still going strong.
Tried replacing it with a Logitech G5 and G500. Both were no good by comparison. I'm not going to try replacing it again.
Cyborg RAT 5. I took the plunge and never looked back, though not found any uses for the horizontal thumb wheel and the snipe button was always a smidge too far forward for my liking, despite it's unusual looks and stealth like shape and textures its absolutely bomb proof. One of my best PC purchases
Trusty old G9x
SteelSeries Sense- Pro grade and i will buy other one, for backup
i use Logitech G300, the worst mouse ever, a far cry compared to G3. small, clumsy, squeaky, low quality overall, and i wanna change it but i don't know with what. i need a big ambidextrous mouse, i'm left handed with big hands.
Microsoft Wheel Mouse Optical 1.1a (same as loki I believe). This is what the old pro quake players used and for good reason. It's comfortable for prolonged use with a nice a nice light scroll wheel with just the right amount of tactile feedback and a light pressure for the third button. I've tried all kinds of mouse and found none better.
I have a CM Storm Inferno, its ok, feels nice but lots of buttons I "thought" I would use but haven't. Not the mouses fault.
Only thing I have had a problem with and that seems to be the mouse will reset itself occasionally.
