Who do I contact about this survey, is it Micron that's running it or Hexus.net?

I carried out the survey a few days back to get my £10 money off, and enter the competition. I was presented with a code at the end of the survey and a note that stated the code will remain valid up until the 28th of February 2014.

When I tried to use the code today to buy an SSD at Crucial's shop, the code comes up as invalid. What gives, that's a bit cheeky...?


I know what I'm entering is correct as I printed it off at the end of the survey; who do I contact to get a valid code?

I think that code was a generic code and got posted to HDUK so Crucial pulled it; you don't have any recorse on this [ it will be listed in the t&c's that they can pull the code.

In other news i got a code in email today that says i must call in to order from crucial direct to get the tenner off

Dare I say I got a mail with a code earlier today as well? Seems kind of superfluous.

As it stands I'm a bit peeved that my odds at winning a new SSD seem to have been significantly lowered by the sudden influx of people unrelated to HEXUS. Shame on them!

Happens all the tiem sadly and i can understand why they do it still does my head in thought.
