I might consider iWatch 2 or 3, whenever they make it an actual smart watch and not an iphone extension.

Re: QOTW: Are you buying an Apple Watch?

    No...

Why do I need another product that does exactly the same as my: Phone, tablet, laptop, PC? The only people bothered about it are fools.

    Next fad please.

Re: QOTW: Are you buying an Apple Watch?

No. Even if I were a cultist iSheep type, I probably wouldn't indulge in this particular fad. Simply put, I wreck watches. Even expensive ones. It breaks my heart that I can't adorn a pristine looking timepiece upon my wrist for long without it incurring some unintentional superficial damage.

Re: QOTW: Are you buying an Apple Watch?

I couldn't use it because I don't have an iPhone. Also I can use a normal watch and just get my phone out my pocket when I need it. If I really had to use a smartwatch I would use a LG g-watch r.

Re: QOTW: Are you buying an Apple Watch?

Nope. I've got an iPhone and like smart watches (well, I've got a Pebble and have ordered a Pebble Time) but I have absolutely no interest in the Apple Watch.

I would be interesting to do a poll to see who are Apple, Android and Windows users and see which is the biggest flock!

It's a nay from me as well, for same reasons as others have stated.

Opted for a Citizen Eco-Drive about 4-5yrs ago, accurate time keeping and a great product.

I'd answer a poll on that, isn't it about time we stopped getting the "How many PCs in your house?" question on the Hexus home screen?

Re: QOTW: Are you buying an Apple Watch?

    No.

I knew a couple who bought gold-cased (and bracelet) LED watches in the 70s. Within a year they were obsolete and only worth the scrap value of the gold, whilst I still have my father's gold Benson from the 1940s - as radioactive as ever

Re: QOTW: Are you buying an Apple Watch?

I don't see the apple watch or any other smart watch making a significant impact until there is actually a reason to get one. It's a bit like just reinventing the wheel and offering different colours and making it ten times the price of a standard wheel. If you have a smartphone I can't see the point of having one of these as well.

Re: QOTW: Are you buying an Apple Watch?

No way. My watch is a simple vital function that I expect to work flawless for years at a time, not a few hours.

I've got an MS Band pre-ordered, so will see what that's like.
