...Nope
Nope, although we may get some for work.
Apple make some excellent products on the whole (up until the iPhone 4 at least..), but the iWatch is very rushed, even more overpriced than usual. This feels like more of a first gen Asus or LG type product than an Apple one.
The iWatch brings absolutely nothing new to smartwatches, and is actually a backwards step in terms of battery life (1 day vs 2-3 on current android wear watches), limited configuration/setup, limited/no app support etc etc.
In all seriousness they would simply not have been pressured into releasing this if Steve Jobs was still at the helm - it's very much like what happened to Apple in the 90s...very sad tbh. The 3rd or 4th gen might be OK though - but as it stands it's not one that appeals to me.
YES!
and im getting 2
and another iphone for when the battery dies on the first one due to excessive bluetooth use..
and
ok, no..
No. My 1980s casio is about as smart as I need a watch to be.
looks like a kids watch as well as being over priced and its going to be outdated in a year's time. so spending big money on a watch that cannot be passed down - NO thanks.
Atm, I stopped wearing watches for like, 7 to 8 years?
But my Casio G-shock watch is still as resilient and reliable as ever. Been recharging it lately (has a small solar panel built-in), battery is still at max, for a watch that has been in use for more than 12 years or more. No use in a supersmall screen to try and decode messages or other.
Just no...
Old puter - still good enuff till I save some pennies!
Why would anyone buy one
JABULANI NONKE
I'm buying two. One for the morning, second for the afternoon.
Not at all. I have a watch for telling the time.
There are a few Apple users on this forum (i know, i know, but they just wont see sense ). Interestingly enough none of them seem to be in support of this watch, or are they all keeping quiet in fear of the backlash of snide comments that would be commonplace on less supportive forums...
maybe a little friendly sarcasm there
