Only the ignorant thinks its so difficult to have a camera that moves/extends. Lots of CCTV cameras have moving/tilting/rotating motors/belts/chains/bearings yet they operate 24 x 7 x 365 without any issues.
This device just has one electric motor (no moving parts, like a Tesla motor) to move it up and down. Its even been tested up to 50,000 actuations.
Like I said, its typical of the cam whores/Fruit Fone Fans like @Ttaskmaster/@CAT-THE-FIFTH/you who bought ugly notch phones and are trying to justify their purchases to spread fake news about product reliability when it has only been just launched and there aren't even any reports of problems. These people are just holding back technological progress whenever something innovative comes along - always whining and being wet blankets.
Hey kiddo,
Open your eyes, ears and every orifice. IF you're just sad that you bought an ugle notch thingie, that's just too bad. Dun spread fake news about an innovation being no good. IF you can't understand why everybody wants the maximum screen space in the smallest phone possible, you really need some help.
Like I said, lots of phones like CCTVs have moving/tilting/rotating parts and they work 24x7 flawlessly. This one is just a single electric motor to move it up and down, tested to 50,000 actuations. What's the problem with you cam whores? Wake up and smell the roses.
Nice insults there...
Just sayin that a moving part is likely to be the first thing that breaks.
Old puter - still good enuff till I save some pennies!
Yeah, I bet you say that to all the boys....
What do you mean, "IF"?
I've already said I haven't got one. You know this.
Voicing concerns over speculative products is not spreading news, fake or otherwise.
Given how your one assertion does not concur with what many people have said, namely those that say they specifically don't want this, I suggest you might want some help in not thinking you speak for everyone.
They're also larger, built to a much higher spec with much hardier materials, and not designed around a market price bracket.
What's your point?
Nobody said it was difficult to make.
The concern is over how easily the average human tends to break things, even those tested to XYZ spec.
Had you actually read any of this thread, instead of trying to simply use it as a vehicle for vomiting your vitriol, you'd know it's a grave error to even think I'm such a fan... for the truth is so far in the opposite direction, you'd wet your pants with embarrassment when you realised!
But seriously, 76 posts on this forum and every one of them is kicking off at people, spewing insults and hatred?
Do you not have anything good in your life to be getting on with?
