    Catalyst 6.11 is here

    October's release was rather late in the month (well, it was at the end of it) but November's release appears to be a little more timely.

    There's little in the way of performance tweaks, although X1900 and X1950 CrossFire is now supported. There is also a nice list of bug fixes listed in the release notes.

    Head over to ATI support to grab the latest Catalyst release.
    PHP Code:
    $s = new signature();
    $s->sarcasm()->intellect()->font('Courier New')->display();

    Release notes link doesn't work unless you've just gone to the drivers page yourself :S

    Nah it's not that. AMD's new system prevents leeching, and also prevents me direct linking to KB pages. Oh well.

    Actually it says SOFTWARE Crossfire support...

    "New Features
    This release of Catalyst® introduces software CrossFire™ support for any combination of Radeon® X1900 and X1950 installed in a system running either the Windows XP or Windows XP Professional x64 Edition operating system."

    Does that mean anything other than just allowing crossfire to work? It just sounds weird to me to use that word there...

    Has anybody tried this? Whats the performance like?

    So can I just purchase another X1950XTX and put it in XFire with my other one? Will this work fine on my Bad Axe?
