    Not neccessory to get that speed of writing a dvd.
    It's rarely get find some dvd support that speed.
    The next gen hd-dvd or blu-ray will soon be generally being used soon.

    Yup, these DVD-R(W) and CD-R(W) makers need to get their drives burning properly at high speeds rather than going for higher speeds. No point in higher speeds if it's not gonna work!
