jesus. an external PSU! it's a bloody monster.
wow now that is awsome !!
Good point, duley updated
Oh man, this ASUS Extreme N7800GT Dual ROCKS!!!
I've already read ysterday the short review about it and I'm charmed!!!
Is there any chance that a monster like that will be offered for free as a giveaway by someone? somebody? HEXUS maybe???
Anyway, I wish I had the money to afford one!!!
I got a lucky break and found of of these puppys in a bargain bin for LESS than the price of a single 7800GT.
Unfortunaetly my motherboard (GA-8N-SLI) isn't on the compatibility list (although it IS an SLI board). Anyway due to some factor only 1 GPU is recognised.
I was hoping that since the nice folks at HEXUS have one of these boards they could test it on some newer motherboards and tell us what works. I'm quite sure this issue will affect at least 2000 people at some point
Asus claim the P5N32-SLI Deluxe works but what about the P5N32-SLI Premium - are these motherboards using the same SLI setup?
How much did you pay for it foobar? Tell us all
I get around 8000 points on a 7900GS (single GPU) if thats of any interest

I thought the thread was a bit old when I was reading through it - being a 7800; but I just assumed it was oct 2006 when i quickly looked at the date - which confused me any more...

I have the same problem as Foobar , I buyed this card in Japan in a trip 220 euros (witch is very cheap ) and unfortunately i had a M2n32sli deluxe motherboard(i buyed it before the graphic card ). So my problem is that the Gpu is not running into SLI because of the compatibility list of motherboards. So anyone as an idea how to solve this problem ???
Unhappy
