I probably will. I should be able to make a better call this weekend.

I am guessing most of you will be coming by train? If so, the walk to the sea front from the station will lead you past Harry Ramsdens, we can set a meeting point outside there if you like? Is that how it's normally done? I can PM attendees my mobile number if needed, just in case you're running late or something.
Looks like wife is heading to her parents for that weekend, so I am free. I will probably catch the train to get to Eastbourne 11ish to get some food and have a walk about.
So who else is going, and what time / where do people want to meet. I will be bringing a lens for the moose to play with and a monopod to to hold it.
I will be driving down from North London, if... and it's looking good at the moment, my arm has healed enough.
I can bring two tripods if wanted, my travel carbon fibre one, which isn't suitable for Bigma, and my steel one that is happily strong enough for Bigma. I can also give at least one person a lift (I've got a 3 door).
If people have any parking suggestions, I don't know Eastbourne.

I'm looking at getting a train down there to arrive a bit before midday. I'll literally have to blow the dust off my camera gear!
Yeah, don't park in Eastbourne on the day, as it's a free event, it will be manic! I am getting the bus, there's a park and ride service but I don't know what it's like: http://www.visiteastbourne.com/airbo...ourneinfo.aspx
Damn tempting. I'll check with SWMBO
Society's to blame,
Or possibly Atari.
Well we aim to be there for around 11AM.
11.30 to 12ish at the entrance to the pier?
im working on sat , but could pop down to say hi?
park and ride runs from opposite the sovereign centre into town , its very expensive
can park at mine , but I live a far way out off the seafront
surely it should be pink handbags
see bottom of first post http://forums.hexus.net/welcome-hexu...r-rewards.html
been a long time since the last P.H.D.
I can get a slightly earlier train to get there for 11:13, but won't be able to do any earlier than that really.
Kind of you to offer, how far abouts is it? I ask because I recently acquired a couple of fractures in my arm, normally I just load up a big bag, I know I can happily do 10km with 10kg without much hassle, but at the moment I'm, well frankly not confident in my physical ability.
How far walk would it be? Is there a regular bus? One of the reasons I was thinking of driving was to avoid physical stress.
Normally I'd jump at the chance, but I'm a little bit concerned, I don't want to make it hurt as bad as it did last week lol
