    Corned beef cheese on toast!

Not exactly cookery, but im compelled to spread the word on the greatest midnight snack EVER!

    You'll need the following

    Bread
    Butter
    Red Leicester
    And Shockingly, Corned beef
    Also optionaly, some Marmite.

Now, to tell you all how to make cheese on toast

Step 1) Place bread under grill and cook the back untill toasty!
    Step 2) Butter cheese side.
Step 2b) If you like marmite, apply a light coating.
Step 3) Slice Corned beef, place on buttered side
Step 4) Slice cheese, cover Corned beef with cheese.
Step 5) Place under the grill (cheese side up ) on a low heat (so the corned beef cooks through) Untill done
    Step 6) Eat

I've had something similar to this using Scottish slicing sausage, though I cooked that off first, then slapped it on some really thick white toast and covered that in cheese and Worcestershire sauce.... unsurprisingly, it was a hangover morning....

corned beef and tomato toasties are also suprisingly pleasent - suprising in that it looks like sewage but tastes of food. A favorite of my nans..
