Tumble's Dad's Moussaka

1 large aubergine (its purple ), sliced
2 onions (these make u cry) peeled and chopped
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
1 tbs of tomatoes puree (the pizza base stuff)
1 clove of garlic, crushed and finely chopped
1 lb of minced lamb
2 tbs of oil
1 oz of butter
1 oz of flour
3/4 pint of milk
4 oz of grated cheese
salt and pepper

Heat a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and fry the purple thing until they are soft. Absorb all the fat from them on kitchen towel. Add the onions, garlic and meat, after ten minutes season and add the tomatoes and puree.

Grease a casserole dish with either butter or the oil, and fill it with alternative layers of purple stuff and meat, finishing off with more purple stuff.

To make the cheese sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan and add the flour, mixing together. Remove from the heat and gradually add the milk. Boil untill the sauce thickens and then remove from the heat and add 3oz of the cheese. Pour the cheese sauce over the top of the purple stuff and sprinkle on the rest of the cheese.

Bake for 40 mins gas mark five (200-400 degrees)

Right slight edit to this, Tummmmmble say's his dad use potatoes rather then the purple stuff and dices the lamb instead of minces it.... i dunno upto yourselfs
