I know it seems like its too early for even thinking of barbies, but last year I did my first barbie sometime in late March/Early April.
I love a nice bit of chicken breast marinated in piri piri, tomato and balsamic.. or a nice juicy bit of tuna or salmon, either plain or flavoured to give a nice zing.
Served with these I fancy a good tossed salad, perhaps some wild rocket, spring onion and cherry tomatoes, dressed with some lemon juice and a good olive oil.. a bit of rock salt and black pepper... yum!
So what are you guys looking forward to when the outdoor cooking season is upon us?
