That said, eight and a half seems a tad light.

Not that I am any better, 5'9" and hover between seven and seven and a bit stone

Women take it far too seriously, I have lost over 8 pounds in about 6 weeks just by doing a few small things and without depriving myself of anything. Was necessary after giving up the tabs to lose a few .

Heh, well anyway, i got home after my excersise at the gym and my old weight lifting partner phoned me up and asked if i wanted to go and do a bi/tri work out. So i did, that's 3 hours of work out today. Now i'm quite knackered! Woke up at half 8, was at the gym by 9, got home at quarter to 11, went out at quarter past 11 to another gym and got home at quarter to twelve or so. Can't be bothered to count up. Got some protein down my neck and i'm sorted.

I'm at 9 stone now and hoping to get down to 8 and a half in the next 2 weeks. Believe me, it can be done

Eight and a half stone is way too light for 5'6"

I looked positively anorexic when I was that weight. I'm much happier at my just under 10 stone. The advantages of putting on a bit of weight are that boobs get bigger too! Yay!

Women look better with curves, and men look better when they have a bit of meat on them too. (I have seen piccies of my other half at 8 stone. He also looked ill.)

It's taken me a while to get used to my weight now, but i'm starting to like it. It was a bit of a shock at first. but i'm too lazy to become anorexic, and i like cake too much.

    my 2p.
