5 Minute Cake in a Mug

Cake in a mug! A delicious chocolate cake that you can make in 5 minutes in the microwave that my friend showed me how to make, then I forgot and made something up. Here's what I used:

4 tablespoons of self raising flour
3 tablespoons of caster sugar
2 tablespoons of chocolate nesquik
1 egg
3 tablespoons of milk
1 tablespoon of oil (or butter)

Mix all the dry stuff together in a mug, add the milk, egg and oil and mix it all together. Stick it in the microwave for 2 and a 1/2 to 3 minutes, done .

It tastes delicious and it's really moist. You could tweak the recipe and add some chocolate chips or a dash of vanilla.

Have read about it somewhere and keep meaning to try it, there may be several variations out there as well

I have a tin of Hershey's chocolate syrup in the cupboard I could use I think.

I should have mentioned I used a rather large mug, and even then it almost overflowed like taktak haha.

It's rather nice considering how quick it takes to make and the fact it's microwaved, isn't it .
