Mango is the king of fruits!
I love mazaa more than slice.
And frooti is not that bad

I've seen that before, but note the caveats in that article .... I'm not talking about using either juice or concentrate. I'm talking about using the fruit itself. Note he also talks about where, in the fruit, the nutrition is concentrated, and hence peeling the fruit. Well, that depends on the fruit. Bananas and oranges get peeled, but mangoes, apples, pears etc get used whole, peel, and all, and while I remove the mango pitt, apple and pear seeds, etc, stay in and get blended.

And while I'm very partial to mango smoothies, mostly, I do "green" smoothies which, yes, have fruit (say banana and pineapple) but also includes spinach, brocolli, etc.

But again, I'm talking about home-made smoothies that, minutes before drinking, were fruit. Or vegetables. No unknown extras, no saccarine-type sugars, no preservatives, etc.

Indeed completely different animal. I also will add the pulp back into my smoothie.

Ever since my holiday in the Philippines, i have been unable to enjoy mango juice because its just so damn tasty out there. I havent found anything that comes close. Ill have to try some of these and see if they take me back

Avoid anything that says "juice drink", its a marketing con.

"juice drink" = no actual fruit was harmed in the making of this beverage

I have tasted that. Made with raw mangoes and too much water. I struggled to give it even a 1 !
