Hey guys, knocked up a slightly altered recipe from one found in a Guardian cookbook.

Ingredients:
500g pork loin
1 Large onion
1/2 pint of chicken/veg stock
100g créme fraiche
2 tablespoons paprika
1 teaspoon of hot curry powder

Instructions:
1) Chop pork into thin slices and onions into whatever takes your fancy.
2) Brown the onions with a little salt and pepper (for about 10 minutes).
3) Add the pork and stir-fry until sealed.
4) Add the stock, paprika and curry powder, then bring to the boil.
5) Simmer on a low heat for 30-40 minutes, until the pork is tender.
6) Turn off the heat, and then add the créme fraiche, stirring casually (leave it streaky).
7) Serve immediately with basmati rice and a french stick.

For a slightly better taste, add a more concentrated stock than usual. If anyone tries it, let me know what you think!
