Need a good Salmon recipe *QUICK*

Need one which would go well with roasted veg (trying to impress pearants). Looked thru the cookbook thing and nothing good there (well not with roasted veg)

    thanks.

Wrap salmon up in foil with a little butter, sliced garlic, lemon juice, a little white wine and black pepper and stick in the oven with your roasting veggies. Got any herbs? Rosemary or Parsley can go in as well. Roast for about 20-ish minutes in an already-hot oven.

    Good luck.

That's the default way to cook salmon, hehe, works a treat though.

Mum did some lovely salmon last night (sunday night is always dinner at mums). All she did was bake the fillets for about 15 minutes wrapped in foil with some corriander pesto spread on the top. Lovely.
