Amazed myself and my missus by making a nice tasting T tonight

Sea Bass in Lime butter Sauce on some veggies

Must admit I stole the recipe idea from the back of a pack in Sainsburys but was cheaper to buy the stuff seperatly than pre packaged

Fried the fish for about 6 minutes in a wee drop oil, turning at half time
Added butter, lime juice and some zest to a pan and heated up

Serve fish on veg and pour hot lime butter over the top

Was very nice
