My first tape was Bon Jovi - Slippery When Wet.
First CD received was Metallica - Black Album.

Both my parents had pretty good taste in music so i generally just borrowed their music. I do remember the first CD i bought myself though was a Now album
because it was £1.99 for the double album in a WHSmith bargain bin

*Now 33 - still some good tracks on there now. 74-75 and Street Spirit among them. (There is of course some utter garbage on there as well heh

I find it a little bit embarassing, but after seeing TakTak's opener I don't think anyone could ever call their first album embarassing. Unless somebody bought one by Aqua.

I was going to pretend that it wasn't the first album I bought and say the second which I got which was a Michael Jackson best of. The fact you said it though I suppose I have to

First album I bought on cassette, from my local Our Price store. I bought it because as a boy I loved the three little pigs song still got it somewhere! Great memories!

First Album was Pink Floyd's Relics
[from Littlewoods of all places when they sold records -along with my school lunch - Maryland cookies, hazelnut yoghurt and 1/4 of jelly-bear sweets.
What an energy packed lunch that was.]
