    just occured to me, the voice who does watto (that flying blue guy who owned anakin in Ep.1), does he do the voice for general grievous too?

    Nope. Matthew Wood does General Grievous, and Andrew Secombe does Watto.

    I don't think it was same.
    Grevious voice sounded a lot more sinister. That flying thing sounded just plain sly.
