went to see this with the lady last night, was impressed by what i saw

the directing was very 'real', often up close, always showing viewers exactly what was going on, the storyline was definitly wooly though, the weakest part of the movie by far, it just seems a bit too unbeleivable to pass as any sort of gangster that way, more of a action comedy. the acting though was very good i thought, havent seen Paul Walkers since the Fast and the Furious series, and he produces quite the credible performance.

one thing that bugged me though, in all the advertisements its talks about 'one night to get out' and '18hrs to live' the whole fued, i though, and the lady and my mate who also saw it too, we all thought this really didnt feature into it that much, it seemed to be just one mans journey rather than the whole gangland situation. just my thoughts really
