Sky broadband - any good?

Seems that not only did i get placed with a bad line, but a dud router. I suppose to every service there will be successes and failures, unfortunately i had a failure just happened to be a huge one.

Was just doing a quick search about SKY and ADSL2 routers so thought I'd add this question here.

Do you have to use an ADSL2 router for SKY?

Will an ADSL router fail to work at all, or will it just be slow ?

Wanted to use a Zoom X4 (to save some cash) instead of the supplied router but its the 5551A model and therefore is not ADSL2/2+.
