ADSL Reselling - What's the best ISP that offers reselling?

I am setting up self-employed as a home PC support engineer.

It would be nice to make money by refering people to use an ISP. I know Eclipse Internet offer reselling partnerships and even branding in your own name, but their prices are way over the market average.

Can anyone recommend an ISP with a good reputation that I could resell / make money from referals?

Enta is usually named as a favourite, good service, good packages, but not the cheapest around.

Yes, I've looked into Enta, but they are only for mass-marketing with branding under your own name. They wouldn't be interested in the small fish who only gets a probable maximum of 1 signup a month.
