    Network Printer

    Lo dudes.

I have a few PC's at home, and one has the printer hooked to it. That lot are sorted. Doddle. All are on the same router. Workgroup is called WORKGROUP

I have a work laptop. It's got it's own name (no idea what) and I use it on a VPN through the same router to work.

BUT I wanna use it on this network printer. It doesnt seem to have a work group, it's on a domain, set by my company.

Is it easy to sort or do I have to keep USB sticking the stuff from one pc to the other?

The Vigor Router actually has a USB printer hub but it doesnt do any of the ink monitoring or nozel cleaning so is no use either.

If it's easy..how? If it's not, just say

    Cheers

    Re: Network Printer

Unfortunately you can't be a member of a domain and a workgroup at the same time, so you can't selectively join each.

Have you tried going to \\PCNAME\ and double clicking the printer (thereby installing the printer driver?)
