I got 15Mb this morning.
Fair enough it's not 20Mb but it's still faster than I really need & I'm not paying a lot for it.

I saw those prices and thought wow - but the catch is that those conditions are you have to have a phone line which not everyone wants (whole point i stopped using ADSL) hmmmm
I will stick with my 4mb package getting for £17 at the mo. I got the letter saying i will get 10mb for free, seems a good deal really, as my service here is south London is really good overall.
I know allot of people complain about Virgin Media but i guess i just been lucky so far
Hmmm, 2 VM vans outside now, might go see what there doing...
Manchester area is good 95% of the time was very happy with free upgrade getting 10MB :-) most of the time, prob is TV taken a hit for some reason, espicially TV on demand breaks alot !!!!!. Anyone else with triple play found this?
looks like 20mb will be upgraded to 50mb with 1.5mb up!

Yep already happening in some areas of london and kent as a wider trail, Customers had the option of 50mb for an extra £10
Also 100mb now being trialed but not on the same scale,
The upgrade is probably a measure to overcome network speed issues when Phorm comes online and all browsing is intercepted. There's no such thing as a 'free' lunch.
If Phorm is going to be used on VM I will drop them and get BE

yes, I hope it is stopped

there was an email at work, stating that they are stil deciding if its going to be optional or maditory, i pointed out section 11 of DPA to my manager, and she forwarded my concerns to upper management. People at work are also not happy about the whole phorm thing. My guess is it will be optional
