Your SNR (noise margin) is really high for that attentuation, do you have some really old wiring in the house? Regardless, with ADSL2+ you'd get an extra few Mb/s and Be/O2 are unlimited.

Just to clarify though, in case I'd said the wrong one, here's a copy and paste of those two lines in full below:

Line Attenuation (Up/Down) [dB]: 25.5 / 48.0
SN Margin (Up/Down) [dB]: 20.0 / 4.5

I am of course assuming that I said the correct side before - if not then as you can see, the other side of it is above
