    Nope, I broke it. 95% of my websites don't work on either IP@Home or FreeDNS (or whatever it's called). How do I restore my O2 DNS settings without doing a factory reset?

    Do you mean plugged into the port behind the removable faceplate on your BT mater socket? If so then your fault lies with your internal extension wiring which you own. By removing the faceplate you disconnect you extensions . Is it that BT can't be bothered to fix it which I doubt, or that you don't want to pay for an engineer to fix your wiring?
