Internet speed running drasticly slow HELP!!!

Hey all, new to this forum but seemed like a good place for some possible answers.

Have comcast cable internet, and lately all my connections are running so slow. I tested it online and its running at 0.12 mb/s. That is rediculous, I cant even watch a simple video on youtube because it would take over 30 minutes to load the whole video.

This just started happening about 3-4 days ago, before that it was running just fine. Tried resetting my modem and router, repairing my connected, clearing my arp cache etc. If anyone was any ideas on what else to try let me know, thanks in advance.

Suggest you contact comcast customer service. No idea what they are like as they don't have a presence in the UK.

Always worth connecting direct to the test socket to find out your line attenuation and noise margin to determine if the fault lies with the line or elsewhere.
