We've got our network going, sort of.
Both machines run ME, and we're using AnalogX Proxy to share the connection. We'd tried ICS, but it shut down surfing on the host.
Proxy allows me to connect over the client with a web browser, but apparently not anything else. Certainly none of our IM clients or (and this is what is making us really annoyed) Ultima Online. We haven't yet tried any ftp or mail clients yet, but we rarely use them.
Any suggestions, anyone?

From what u remember Ultima Online dosent suport Proxy servers
I use a program called Wingate to share my AOL 1mb broadband connection and find this works very efficiently. It also allows me to play games on the net on client machines.
