Help me find a new cable router

I'm having a bit of an issue deciding on a new router. All of the ones I can find just seem a bit 'meh' for the money.

I'm after something that ideally has:
No ADSL modem (I'm on a virgin media cable connection)
At least 4 gigabit sockets (6 or 8 would be better but I dont mind using a separate switch if I have to)
Dual 2.4ghz and 5ghz (and the ability to simultaneously broadcast both)
Good Wireless range (with external antennas)
    No performance or security issues
    Stable firmware
    Easy forwarding of ports
Dynamic DNS services that work with no-ip.org
Able to serve a mixture of up to 10-15 wireless and wired devices at a time

Your suggestions would be much appreciated!

Netgear are the best ones to go for they are about £90 and they have 5 Gigabit ports with dual band

I use a Netgear WNDR3700 on Virgin, it's been rock solid. Highly recommended.

Thanks for the suggestion I will look it into it!

I have to say I am quite surprised to see someone recommend a Netgear. Because thats who makes virgin media's not so super superhub!

Draytek 2830n. It does have an ADSL modem as well as a straightfoward cable port, but an excellent router.

If money was no object I think I'd get a draytek router, unfortunately I cant really justify the cost as its a bit overkill for what I need.

I ended up getting a cisco linksys e4200 in the end, which seems quite good if a bit pricey.
