Could be worse...as long as they dont follow BTs appaulingly bad example and set very low bandwidth limits they should be ok =) was looking at them for next months upgrade when i can finally get off BT.

I can't speak for Nildram, but Pipex have excellent service. Good support, good latencies, no download limit, good overall speed, good choice of payment options (not just credit card like some). Great service. Relatively cheap too.
To err is human. To really foul things up ... you need a computer.
Thing is im a 56k customer on NTL (worst thing ever seeing im on a lan with a sister who downloads whenever shes awake) and im deciding to get pipex. I was going to get the 1MB but then found that the one I wanted had a cap on it to 2gig a month which I didn't want and then next one up which didn't have a cap on it and it was still 1MB was somehting like 3 - 4 quid more

As a pipex user I can honestly say that they aren't bad at all - problems are generally intermittent (I'm talking two hours tops) and fixed quickly, and aren't common - less than once a month from what I've noticed, and I'm a fairly heavy user...the few times it's taken longer tech support have been fairly quick to help.
Whether they're as good as nilly were famed to be, I honestly don't know.
where can i find out about zen??
