Firewall settings for Linksys WAG54G

What are the best settings to have (and the reasons) for the WAG54G firewall? The choices are to enable or disable :

Filter proxy
Filter cookies
Filter Java Applets
Filter ActiveX
Filter Multicast

I have the same router, but i havnt ticked those options.........also i had problems with mine and single port forwarding, it would reboot itself!!! fixed it by using port range forwarding!! good old linksys!

Ive still not got that to work properly with laptop wireless cards,i dont know if its the cards or the router. It would work for 30 seconds then stop and the quality was bad even if im sitting next to the router or the next room.
